My Story
I was born and raised in Miami, Florida – surrounded by ocean and Latino culture. The path of life has taken many turns and gone through a few narrow tunnels to bring me to where I am today. Over the last ten years, I have begun to train and work with my Spirit Guides in a new way. My work as a Psychic continues to deepen and evolve, as new pathways unfold. Deep healing, both for me and my clients, is essential to my practice as a Psychic.
My background is in the Healing Arts– with plants, herbs, yoga, breath, and food. I received at BS in Plant Biology from the University of Texas- Austin, and subsequently immersed myself into the study of medicinal herbs and plants. Healing with plants had always been a fascination of mine and although the route of Plant Biology was a bit more technical, it gave me a foundation to deepen my knowledge. Yoga was always a part of my life as well (growing up with a mom who taught Yoga). These days I practice mostly Ashtanga Yoga, with a few Tamarasana poses thrown into the mix.
I moved to Seattle, WA in 2003. Upon moving here, I co-founded, was the Executive Director, and performed in Lola Tarot – improvisational ritual theatre. Lola Tarot has been an amazing avenue of growth- as a performer, channeler, psychic, and business woman.
My other great teacher is travel. I spend quite a bit of time traveling the world. From Mexico to Thailand to Argentina, the worldwide journeys are incredible avenues of learning and growth. During 2006 and 2007 I spent 8 months traveling through S. America which was absolutely incredible. The culmination of the journey was spent in the Amazon jungle of Peru where I met an extraordinary shaman who I worked with in ceremony for a month. Profound teachings come through in the Amazon jungle, and the work with this shaman was life changing. I will now be returning to apprentice with this shaman on a yearly basis. Dive in and let go!
My passions are my amazing partner, Paul; deepening my connection with Great Spirit; helping people to find the truth within themselves through Psychic Readings; building my relationship with plants and herbal medicine; my forever evolving yoga practice; improv ritual performance; my beautiful family; bathing in sunshine; and travelling the world.
