A reading offers clarity and perspective, taking a step out of the daily spin of life and looking deeper into the place where you sit within yourself. Each reading is unique and the guidance shared is for you alone. Information may come through in the areas of life path, health, relationships, family, and career. Each part of your life is not isolated in itself, all are pieces of a greater whole and effect all others. The reading becomes a tapestry of information, weaving from daily occurrences to deeper patterning. All sessions are confidential.

ENERGETIC HEALING

Energetic healing is a type of therapy that adjusts the energy pathways in the physical and subtle bodies, restoring balance and activating the body's inherent ability to heal itself. With this work, you lie on the massage table and Tamara places her hands on your body, guided by divine light and the energetic language of the body.

The whole of your life will be brought to light. The first portion of the session is spent sitting face to face receiving spoken guidance that comes through from Spirit. The second portion is receiving hands-on energy work.

ENERGETIC HEALING

To begin, Tamara scans your body to assess the type of healing that is needed. She will then share what she sees and ask your permission to work on this area. The healing work involves the use of white cosmic light, moving it through your body as a tool for cleaning and strengthening.

Deeper Overview - How Does This Work?

The sessions begin by Tamara taking time to examine your energy body. The energy body carries the blueprint for what is taking place in your life on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. By opening up the door and watching how energy is moving, she is able to see where you are in your life -- where you are thriving, and where you are getting stuck in old limiting patterns.

Tamara will then speak, addressing what she receives coming through. Throughout the sessions, Tamara utilizes her gifts of clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, and clairalience to give you the appropriate information. Clairvoyance is the ability to see information that may be difficult to capture within "normal" sight. Clairsentience is the ability to feel the vibration of people; this includes vibration of specific health related issues along with other forms of information. Clairaudience is the gift of inner hearing. Clairalience is the technique of receiving information through the sense of psychic smell. By merging these tools, the undercurrent of what is present in your life is illuminated. There is then space for you to ask questions if you choose.

While the reading is in motion, there is also energy work taking place. As Tamara converses and shares information with you, the spirit guides and plant allies are working on you directly. The more present and centered you are able to be, the more you will receive from the session.

When there are blockages in the energy body, all systems of health (in the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental realms) are unable to operate at their full capacity. Energetic blockages are the result of trauma, emotional/mental stress, physical toxins, and destructive belief systems, among others. Our energy bodies are like sponges, absorbing information and energy that we are exposed to starting from a very young age. Some of this information that we carry is from our ancestry and some of it is from our years on earth. As our energy bodies become vibrantly stronger (from a healthy lifestyle and deep inner healing) we are more able to keep ourselves in balance.

Frequently, Tamara is directed and shown ways to support you with shamanic energy work. At this point in the session, you lie down on the table and the space is created for deeper healing. For the energetic healing work, Tamara works with divine light, calls upon specific plant allies, and is a vessel for healing from Spirit. She uses shamanic techniques of the Shipibo tradition of hands-on energy work, whistling, chanting ancient melodies of the plant world, breath and may use other tools depending on the specifics of the work. Through this healing work, stagnant energy is moved. Light and strength are brought to places of weakness, with the goal of returning you to alignment with your deep center and Source.

Please note: A session with Tamara includes looking at past, present, and future pathways of your life. Tamara does not "read" the future, but offers tools and guidance of how to best navigate along your journey. Life is a continuous series of choices which dictate the unfolding of your path.
