Join us this September at Esalen - a natural hot spring oasis overlooking the Pacific Ocean, nestled into the cliffs of Big Sur California - to celebrate Yoga and Beyond. For six luxurious days, Melina will be sharing her unique style of yoga called Seasonal Vinyasa, including fall yogic practices that emphasize the importance of sequencing and being in alignment with nature. Tamara, energy worker and psychic, will be leading us in an autumn equinox full moon ritual, offering daily psychic readings, and teaching a very special class on deepening your intuitive abilities. Benjamin, Esalen's lead gardener, will guide us through the organic gardens and discuss sustainable practices that promote mutually beneficial relationships between us and our dynamic ecosystems.
