Full and New Moon Healing Meditation Circles

Throughout time, people have gathered at the new and full moons - stepping away from the daily routine and honoring the rhythm of the natural world.

The Earth is in a cyclical relationship with the Sun, Moon, planets, and stars. This celestial cadence governs the seasons and offers us an intuitive guide for navigating our own personal cycles of growth, transformation, and renewal. When we sit in reflective space at the new and full moons, we give ourselves the gift of a pause: noticing changes, challenges, and opportunities as they move through our world. The New Moon is a time of inner quiet, stillness, fertile ground - inviting us to plant seeds of intention and hope. The Full Moon is a time of heightened senses, fullness, completion - encouraging us to allow brilliance to flow. Sharing sacred space at the full and new moons ignites creativity, opens inspiration, and lands us into a deeper sense of belonging.

The motivation behind the New and Full Moon healing meditation circles is a place where all are welcome to gather, reflect, pause, and return to source within themselves. We live in a culture that is continuously pulling us outside of ourselves, these Moon circles are intended to bring us back to our deepest center.

Upcoming Circle:

Spring Equinox + New Moon Healing Meditation Circle

Thursday, March 19
6 PM - 7:15 PM PDT

Theme:  Emergence and Eternity

~ Zoom Webinar ~

“Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.”
– Soren Kierkegaard

Spring is upon us (roaring applause). We are emerging – stretching our limbs, blinking our eyes, getting our bearings. It feels new and also like something that we’ve always known. As we sink in deeply, as we land in the innermost spaces, we emerge into the world.

The season of Pisces teaches us about oneness, filling the gaps of separation. She spans across time carrying all that has come before us – memories and lifetimes live in her waters. She guides us in creating a meaningful narrative out of seemingly random events – showing us how time is cyclical and how all experiences create the continuity and renewal of life.

We will gather on the day between the Pisces New Moon and the Spring Equinox. Quietly recognizing our dreams as they come into form, honoring the memories that carry us, remembering that we are eternal. Everything has its beginning in possibility.

What to Expect

We will create sacred space, clarify our intentions, and receive the gifts of this potent season. I will speak about the teachings of the New Moon and Spring Equinox and how we can land into a generous exchange with the energies of life. I will also offer a group healing session for all present, including a clearing and a blessing. The final portion of the circle will be a Q&A. You are welcome to bring questions with you and there will be space for me to field questions at the end of the gathering.

Cost for the circle is $33 and you can register through the link below. If you are unable to join us live but would like to participate, a video will be available to all who are registered for 7 days after the circle.

With one foot on the edge of the known and the other stepping into the unknown, we are in the circle – the primordial point from which new possibilities begin to take form. This season supports us to break free from self-doubt and embrace who we truly are.

Your Guide

I am here to honor and celebrate the sacredness of life. My work is held as a prayer and offered as a vehicle for personal and collective healing, deepening awareness, and self-transformation. I’m humbly honored to hold space for each of us to reconnect with our deepest center and align with our highest source. I am very fortunate to love the work that I do. I have been giving intuitive readings, holding shamanic circles, and teaching workshops for the past two decades. As with all things born from pure inspiration, these offerings have evolved organically, and will continue to take new forms. I am grateful to all of the teachers and guides that have graced my journey.
