Full and New Moon Healing Meditation Circles

Throughout time, people have gathered at the new and full moons - stepping away from the daily routine and honoring the rhythm of the natural world.

The Earth is in a cyclical relationship with the Sun, Moon, planets, and stars. This celestial cadence governs the seasons and offers us an intuitive guide for navigating our own personal cycles of growth, transformation, and renewal. When we sit in reflective space at the new and full moons, we give ourselves the gift of a pause: noticing changes, challenges, and opportunities as they move through our world. The New Moon is a time of inner quiet, stillness, fertile ground - inviting us to plant seeds of intention and hope. The Full Moon is a time of heightened senses, fullness, completion - encouraging us to allow brilliance to flow. Sharing sacred space at the full and new moons ignites creativity, opens inspiration, and lands us into a deeper sense of belonging.

The motivation behind the New and Full Moon healing meditation circles is a place where all are welcome to gather, reflect, pause, and return to source within themselves. We live in a culture that is continuously pulling us outside of ourselves, these Moon circles are intended to bring us back to our deepest center.

Upcoming Circle:

Full Moon Healing Meditation Circle

Sunday, February 1
10 AM - 11:15 AM PST

Theme:  Grief and Praise

~ Zoom Webinar ~

The first stirrings of life are returning after winter. In the quiet, unseen spaces of the heart, we are feeling, healing, and releasing all that has changed over this past year. With each passing year, we become more skilled at shedding. But does this shedding lead to diminishment or to a life of greater wholeness? The answer to this question lies in how we relate to grief.

Grief is a profound form of praise for what has been lost. It is an act of reverence for what we love the most. Grief permeates life - a sacred art of expression and aliveness. We were all born with this innate capacity and yet most of us have lived in a culture where grief has been given a quiet place to bide its time.

We will gather at the upcoming full moon in Leo, which is the final full moon in the Chinese year of the Wood Snake. The sun will at the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox, the cross-quarter day of Imbolc. This is a day of honoring the sacred in-betweens. It asks us to pause and consider how we can break free from old patterns and make way for new approaches.

What to Expect

We will create sacred space, clarify our intentions, and receive the gifts of this potent season. I will speak about the teachings of the sacred in-between and how we can land into a generous exchange with the energies of life. I will also offer a group healing session for all present, including a clearing and a blessing. The final portion of the circle will be a Q&A. You are welcome to bring questions with you and there will be space for me to field questions at the end of the gathering.

Cost for the circle is $33 and you can register through the link below. If you are unable to join us live but would like to participate, a video will be available to all who are registered for 7 days after the circle.

While the world is still in the grip of winter, the humming energy of Imbolc invites us to prepare for the coming season of growth, expansion, and renewal. Acknowledging that praise comes in all forms, together we will celebrate the gift of being alive.

Your Guide

I am here to honor and celebrate the sacredness of life. My work is held as a prayer and offered as a vehicle for personal and collective healing, deepening awareness, and self-transformation. I’m humbly honored to hold space for each of us to reconnect with our deepest center and align with our highest source. I am very fortunate to love the work that I do. I have been giving intuitive readings, holding shamanic circles, and teaching workshops for the past two decades. As with all things born from pure inspiration, these offerings have evolved organically, and will continue to take new forms. I am grateful to all of the teachers and guides that have graced my journey.
